Role Overview We are looking for a Front Office/Operations Executive for a full-time, on-site role at our Noida office. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities, appointment scheduling, and other operational tasks with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Manage incoming calls with proper phone etiquette • Schedule and coordinate appointments • Handle queries with professionalism • Maintain effective communication across teams • Organize and prioritize daily tasks in a fast-paced environment Qualifications • Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills • Experience in appointment scheduling and receptionist duties • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills • Ability to multitask and work under pressure • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant tools • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage Additional Details • Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month (based on interview performance) • Location: Noida (On-site) Show more Show less
