As a representative of Antheia, an intimate boutique resort located at Pawna Lake, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring a memorable stay for our visitors and fostering long-term relationships with them. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing all operational departments such as Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Purchases, Maintenance, Garden, and Security. From handling guest inquiries and addressing concerns promptly to resolving complaints efficiently and turning negative experiences into positive outcomes, you will be instrumental in ensuring that each guest leaves with a 5-star review. To excel in this role, you must have a Degree or Diploma in Hospitality along with 2 to 3 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. Your fluency in English and Hindi, excellent communication skills, and guest-centric approach will be essential in providing tailored services that cater to guest preferences and special requests. As a team leader and team player, you will supervise cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene in guest rooms, facilities, and public areas. Your proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs will aid you in maintaining accurate guest records and delivering exceptional services that exceed expectations.
