Position Overview:
This position is required to represent brand "Antheia" by delivering exceptional guest experiences and deliver the service which will ensure 5-star reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.2. Address guest inquiries/ concerns/ requests promptly.3. Resolve guest complaints efficiently, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes.4. Track guest preferences and special requests, delivering exceptional tailored services.5. Foster long-term relationships with guests, promoting repeat stays and loyalty.6. Maintain and update accurate guest records.7. Ensure guests leave 5-star reviews on google/ OTA8. Supervise cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene in guest rooms, facilities, public areas.

Educational Qualification: Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality

Experience In Years: 1 to 3 years

Industry Experience: Hospitality Industry

Languages: Fluent in English And Hindi

Skills & Personal Attributes:
1. Excellent communication skills, Team leader & Team player2. Proficient in MS Word/ MS Excel/Google Sheet/ Google Docs3. Highly motivated & well groomed4. Guest Centric Approach5. Prior experience as Guests Relationship Executive

Fixed Pay (Monthly): Rs. 25,000 - 30,000
Variable Pay (Monthly): Not Applicable
Accommodation: Shared Accommodation Provided
Meals: Meals provided.
