Front Office Receptionist

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming and efficient front office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional demeanor. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meetings as needed. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and basic correspondence. Provide support for special projects and events when necessary. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
