Join us in redefining home construction standards and delivering unparalleled service to our clients About the role: You will manage the reception or front desk at our office. Thus, as the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming environment and providing excellent customer service. In this role, you are expected to handle administrative tasks and support other departments in everyday chores Roles and Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a positive and professional demeanor Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying Assist with meeting room reservations and setups Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary Coordinate with facility management for any required maintenance or repairs Handle inquiries from clients and provide accurate information Required Skills: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role Professional attitude and appearance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
