Handle incoming calls, respond to queries, and maintain a professional telephone manner. Manage front office operations, including handling guest requests and resolving issues promptly. Greet guests upon arrival, check-in, and provide assistance with luggage. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in hospitality industry (front desk or similar role). Excellent communication skills with strong spoken English proficiency. Proficiency in computer literacy with knowledge of hotel software systems. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
