Job Title: Front Office Executive
Department: Front Office
Reports To: Front Office Manager

Job Overview:

As a Front Office Executive, you will be the face of [Hotel Name] and the first point of contact for guests. You will provide excellent customer service, ensuring that guests’ needs are met in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, guest check-in and check-out processes, reservations, and providing information to guests to enhance their experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out, and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience throughout their stay.
  • Reservations: Handle reservations through multiple channels (phone, email, online platforms) and ensure that all booking details are accurate.
  • Customer Assistance: Address guest inquiries, provide information about the hotel’s services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Check-in/Check-out: Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Billing and Payment: Manage billing processes, handle payments, issue receipts, and ensure accurate transaction records.
  • Room Management: Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure that rooms are ready for guest check-ins and report maintenance issues as needed.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and requests, escalating issues to the Front Office Manager when necessary, and resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
  • Safety & Security: Ensure that guest and hotel security procedures are adhered to, including managing key control and monitoring guest access.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a 2 years star hotel.
  • Familiarity with additional local languages.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
