Job Description

Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Reservations: Manage reservations, including confirming bookings, making changes, and handling cancellations. Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries efficiently and professionally. Check-In and Check-Out: Verify guest information, process payments, and issue room keys during check-in. Facilitate check-outs, settle bills, and collect room keys. Guest Support: Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, manage room assignments, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Proficiency in Hotel Systems: Utilize hotel management software and other relevant tools for reservations, check-ins, and check-outs. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Paid sick time Schedule: Rotational shift Language: Hindi (Required) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
