Job Description

Job Description:

Greet and welcome guests/visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Handle all incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes/badges as required
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and room bookings
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the front office and other departments
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the front desk/reception area at all times
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Escalate guest issues or complaints to appropriate departments for resolution\

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Strong customer service orientation

Shift Timings: 9:00am to 6:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
