Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling phone calls, and ensuring seamless communication within the team. If you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have prior experience in the restaurant industry, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service

- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to management as needed

- Check the status of takeaway orders and notify customers when their orders are ready for pickup

- Manage email correspondence and respond to customer queries in a timely manner

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of takeaway orders

- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

Requirements:

- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the restaurant industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

- Proficient in using phone systems, email, and other communication tools

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
