Front Desk Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Operations

    : Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, managing the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized.
  • Phone Management

    : Answer and direct all incoming phone calls accurately, taking messages and relaying information as needed.
  • Visitor Assistance

    : Check in visitors, issue badges, and ensure guests are comfortable and informed.
  • Scheduling

    : Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with internal and external contacts.
  • Mail and Package Handling

    : Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate recipients.
  • Administrative Support

    : Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communication

    : Relay important messages and announcements to employees and provide information about the organization to visitors.
  • Coordination

    : Collaborate with other departments to coordinate visitor access, deliveries, and meeting room reservations.
  • Problem Solving

    : Address and resolve inquiries or concerns from visitors and employees in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Confidentiality

    : Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality when dealing with visitors and employees.
