RECEPTIONIST /FRONT DESK EXECUITVE CTC up to: 3 LPA Location; Lower parel, Mumbai Roles and Responsibilities: Greeting visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department. Handling enquiries and providing information to callers, visitors, and staff. Managing the distribution of packages, inward and outward couriers. Providing administrative support to different departments as needed. Coordinating with external vendors, service providers, and suppliers. Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines. Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. Desired Skills & Experience - Education & Experience Education : Post-Graduate/Graduate Experience : 2-4 years Possess Strong analytical, & organizational abilities Possess exceptional relationship management skills & interpersonal skills Location- Mumbai- (One who staying near to our office is preferred.)
