Job Role : Facility Executive ( Front Desk Executive ) Job location : PlayAll sports complex, JIS Pitampura PlayAll sports complex, APS Pitampura PlayAll sports complex, Adriel school Rohini sec-24 One has to manage all the three locations on alternate days. Job Role and Responsibilities:- Attending the customer calls and face to face customer interaction. Solving customer queries and handling them. Taking their bookings and updating on the computer system. Managing the stock of the complex. Managing the repair and maintenance work of the sports complex. Shift timings :- Morning shift :- 5 AM - 2:30 PM Evening shift :- 2:30 PM - 12 AM Rotational shifts with one weekly off between Monday to Friday.
