Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, promoting products or services, and maintaining customer relationships. This role demands strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain products/services and generate interest. Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients. Handle inbound calls related to product/service inquiries, support, or follow-ups. Record customer interactions, details, feedback, and outcomes accurately in the CRM system. Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Maintain polite and professional communication with customers at all times. Coordinate with the sales or support team for handling complex.
