Fresher- Business Development

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision makers and influencers at major clients and ad agencies. Your primary focus will be on actively identifying and pursuing new advertising and revenue opportunities to drive growth and maximize the share of category spends on the digital platform. Utilizing analytical tools, you will provide actionable insights on ad performance and report on ad sales, impressions, and other related metrics. Client servicing and key account management will also be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities, where you will be expected to meet the assigned quarterly revenue targets. It is essential to stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the digital industry to gain early insights into new business opportunities. Your main objective will be to maximize revenue potential with each key account you manage by leveraging relationships, building a strong network, and conducting effective negotiations. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for a graduate with any specialization (Bachelors or Masters degree), preferably in marketing. Some understanding of Media, particularly in the advertising, media, or agency landscape, would be beneficial for this role. Proficiency in English is a must-have requirement for effective communication in this position.,
