Client Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners. * Understand client business needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions. * Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. * Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. 5. Market Research & Business Development: * Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. * Identify and pursue new market segments and business opportunities.

Configuration: Configure Salesforce platform functionalities, including standard and custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and security settings. Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using various API technologies (REST, SOAP), platform events, and middleware. Collaboration: Work closely with Business Analysts, Salesforce Consultants, Project Managers, and clients to gather and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and elegant solutions.
