What You’ll Do

• Source and close freight opportunities (FTL, LTL, reefer, flatbed, drayage, etc.) across North America.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless load execution.
• Use our CRM and quoting tools to manage leads and submit pricing.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of freight sales or brokerage experience (North American market preferred).
• Existing customer base is a strong advantage (not required—we provide lead-generation tools).
• Self-motivated, organized, and professional with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
