Freight Broker (6 Months – 1 Year Experience)

We're currently expanding our team and looking for a Freight Broker with 6 months to 1 year of experience who is eager to grow and build a long-term career in the logistics industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating freight shipments with carriers and shippers.
• Build and maintain carrier relationships.
• Source carriers, negotiate rates, and manage load bookings.
• Track and trace active loads, providing real-time updates to customers.
• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries while resolving any shipping issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation using TMS and load boards.

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of U.S. freight market and carrier networks (preferred).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts (U.S. time zone).
• Graduate degree or equivalent preferred.
