Franchise Sales Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager, located in Noida, India. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the franchise sales process, developing and executing business plans for franchising, generating leads, and maintaining effective communication with potential franchisees. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as identifying and recruiting potential franchisees, providing them with all necessary support and information, and ensuring their successful onboarding and integration into the company's franchise network.

Qualifications

• Skills in Franchise Sales, Franchising, and Lead Generation
• Strong Business Planning abilities
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in sales and marketing is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record in franchise sales or similar roles is a plus
