Role Overview As a core member of the Founders Office Creative Partnerships, you will spearhead creative collaborations across the agency, driving both innovation and output excellence. This hybrid role blends program leadership, vendor management, process optimization, an strategic alignment with the broader Digidarts vision. You will also lead Digidarts Incubation Program, partnering with promising creative startups and agencies. Key Responsibilities: Incubation Program Leadership Identify and onboard emerging creative startups/agencies into the Digidarts Incubation Program. Design and manage partnership models (workspace, barter, and milestone-based structures). Foster collaboration between incubated partners and internal stakeholders. Track performance and impact of incubated partners through quarterly reviews. Build visibility around the program through internal updates and social storytelling. Vendor Management & Optimization: Maintain a structured database of creative vendors across categories: Influencer marketing, graphic design, product photoshoots, video production/editing, etc. Negotiate scope, pricing, and deliverables for all engagements. Ensure vendor output aligns with brand guidelines, legal usage rights, and delivery timelines. Monitor performance metrics like timeliness, quality, and outcome effectiveness. Strategic Creative Partnerships: Identify and close partnerships with agencies, influencer networks, and production houses that align with Digidarts’ service ecosystem. Co-develop pilot projects to evaluate capabilities before large-scale implementation. Stay updated with market trends to proactively onboard innovative partners. Process Creation & Communication: Build and maintain SOPs for onboarding, briefing, and evaluating creative vendors and partners. Act as a central coordinator between internal teams (Content, Paid Media, Client Servicing) and external partners. Ensure clarity in briefs, timelines, and output expectations. Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Maintain and monitor quarterly creative partnerships budget with ROI accountability. Optimize spend by evaluating recurring vs. one-time creative needs. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in creative operations, vendor management, or agency partnerships. Proven ability to drive collaboration across internal and external teams. Understanding of performance marketing, content production, and digital brand-building workflows. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
