We're Hiring: Food Technologist
(Full-Time | In-House | Dhamtari, C.G.)
At REPEAT GUD we are looking for a Food Technologist to lead R&D, product development, and production. If you’ve worked in food manufacturing and love building products from scratch, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Own:
* New product R&D (focus on sauces, spreads, and other wet products)
* Lab trials to commercial-scale production
* Raw material sourcing and vendor coordination
* Production planning, machinery handling, process optimization
* Quality control, hygiene, shelf-life testing, and FSSAI compliance
What We’re Looking For:
* 2–5 years experience in food tech or food manufacturing (If you have prior experience with sauces, that’s a bonus)
This is not a remote or consulting gig. we're building fast and need someone on the ground.
