Lead the team to achieve the set target Develop and implement business strategy for improvement of extraction from the market from new OEMs & also effective use of new products for existing OEMs and new OEMs too. Maintain CRM with key decision makers. Close coordination with all relevant stake holders, internal as well as external. Prepare Plan for achieving the given Targets, periodic monitoring of the progress and take appropriate corrective actions to meet the expectations as well as bridge the gap. Reconcile accounts and resolve any payment discrepancies. Product Knowledge and Training: Develop in-depth knowledge of all company products, features, benefits, and unique selling propositions.
