Communicating, Selling and coordinating with customers Care for existing client groups
Active research and development of new customersAbility to listen to customer needs and offer them right solutionsImplementation of sales plansStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain customer relationshipsProven sales experience and track recordKnowledge of sales techniques and strategiesGoal-oriented and self-motivatedExperience in the export/import industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldCalling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or serviceanswer questions about products or the companyAsk questions to understand customer requirements and close salesEnter and update customer information in the databaseTake and process orders in an accurate mannerHandle grievances to preserve the companys reputationGo the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future salesKeep records of calls and sales and note useful informationcontinually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales targets with respect to call volume and sales.Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers. Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the company managementupdate the CRM System every day.Adhering to all the companys rules and regulations.
