Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor/Manager with a background in the FMCG & Agarbatti industry to spearhead our expansion in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. This role requires a self-motivated leader who can build a strong distribution network, appoint Super Stockists, and lead a sales team to establish the Madhukunj brand in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Appoint and manage Super Stockists and distributors in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
• Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
• Establish strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Achieve sales targets and drive brand growth in the region.
• Monitor market trends and competition to refine business strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in the FMCG & Agarbatti industry as a Supervisor or Manager.
• Strong leadership, team management, and business development skills.
• Ability to appoint and manage Super Stockists effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
• Self-motivated with a passion for brand building and market expansion.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
