Job Title: Floor Manager (with Legal & Compliance Knowledge)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
Experience Required: 2 to 5 years
Education: Graduate (Law background preferred)

Job Summary:

Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a capable and experienced Floor Manager to lead daily operational activities while ensuring full legal compliance across our Travel, Forex, and Health divisions. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong operational leadership, legal awareness, and a commitment to process integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily floor operations (Travel, Visa, Forex, Health Desk)
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, visa norms, forex rules, and company policies
• Resolve customer issues and internal process irregularities
• Review basic legal documents, contracts, and customer agreements
• Collaborate with legal consultants for compliance matters
• Oversee team schedules, task performance, and daily reporting
• Maintain an organized, efficient, and audit-compliant work environment

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Law background preferred)
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in floor/operations management (preferably in travel or forex industry)
• Strong knowledge of Indian legal systems, visa regulations, and RBI/forex guidelines
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and organized in handling compliance documentation
