Conduct regular training and performance reviews for workshop staff to ensure continuous skill and service improvements. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in automotive service operations, preferably in a multi-brand or dealership workshop. Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Solid understanding of mechanical repairs, bodyshop processes (denting & painting), and workshop KPIs. Knowledge of DMS or workshop management software is an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and customers. Ability to work under pressure, manage workloads, and ensure high standards of service quality. Candidates from Siliguri/North Bengal or willing to relocate will be preferred.
