Should have a bike and be willing to travel within the city. Should be available to work on Weekends. Knowledge of supervisory techniques to manage, motivate and train blue collared workers. Should know local geographical area knowledge and should be able to converse in local languages The candidate should have an entrepreneurial attitude / should be a go-getter Must have attention to detail and critically think through to resolve problems. Must have customer service skills and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service. Responsibilities Contract Negotiations and Management of Existing Contracts: Support IndiGo's senior management in making key commercial decisions with various vendors such as Airbus, Pratt & Whitney, CFM, and Rolls-Royce.
