Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems and be adept at assembling, installing, and maintaining various components. This role is crucial in ensuring that all fittings meet the required specifications and quality standards. The Fitter will work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operations and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine the necessary fittings and components.
• Assemble and install mechanical systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of fittings to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on existing installations as required.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to resolve any technical challenges that arise during the fitting process.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Document all work completed, including any modifications made during the fitting process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Fitter or in a similar role within the engineering or manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment used in fitting tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.
• A relevant qualification in engineering or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a workshop environment is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
