Designation: Specialist - Infrastructure Support/IT Support Key Responsibilities Manage, configure, and monitor Sophos Firewalls (XG, XGS series). Administer and troubleshoot Ruckus WiFi networks (SmartZone, Unleashed, and Cloud). Perform routine tasks related to Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP. Provide Level 2 support for network, server, and security-related incidents. Conduct firewall policy updates, firmware upgrades, VPN setup and monitoring. Monitor network traffic and performance, optimize throughput and security. Handle Wi-Fi SSID setups, guest portals, VLAN tagging, and access point provisioning. Manage user accounts and permissions in AD.
