1. Oversee and manage all finishing activities associated with high-rise buildings and annex
buildings.
2. Proficiency in Reading and Interpreting Architectural Drawings, Structural and MEP Drawings
3. Coordinate with contractors and workers and ensure high quality finishes of activities like
blockwork, plastering, painting, tiling, stone flooring & cladding, waterproofing, and internal wall
treatments, woodwork, metalwork, and misc. other finishing activities.
4. Manage the installation of electrical fixtures, sanitary fittings, and doors/windows.
5. Monitor project timelines and ensure that finishing works are completed within scheduled
timeline.
6. Maintain safety and quality standards and comply with standard building regulations.
