Job Description

Financial Management

Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
Monitor financial performance and suggest areas for improvement.

Accounting & Reporting

Ensure timely and accurate accounting of revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity in compliance with accounting standards.
Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and cash flow.
Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.

Internal Controls & Compliance

Develop and implement financial policies and internal control systems.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including tax filings, audits, and financial regulations.
Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Team Management

Supervise and support the finance and accounts team.
Provide training and development to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
