This role involves designing, developing, and customizing Finacle Core Banking solutions, with a focus on architecture, client interfacing, and process optimization. Overall Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize Finacle core banking modules in accordance with client requirements and architecture standardsHandle interfacing requirements, including APIs, Connect 24, and Finacle IntegratorCollaborate directly with clients and stakeholders for requirement gathering, customization, and issue resolutionLead and implement customization flows such as new menu creation, reports (MRT & Jasper), batch jobs, and process automation (FI, EOD, BOD)Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize Finacle processes and scriptsEnsure adherence to best practices for coding, security, documentation, and testingParticipate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviewsResearch and recommend improvements for system performance, security, and scalabilityContribute to infrastructure design and system architecture reviews
