Job Description

You will be responsible for maintaining the various computer systems owned or operated by the company. This includes providing end-user support, resolving technical issues, and offering technical assistance for all operating systems and applications. You will provide support both in-person and remotely through the use of the telephone or remote access. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining business software applications by researching, designing, implementing, configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, and evaluating existing and new operating systems and applications. Your role will also involve testing, validating, and installing operating system and application security/performance patches. You will be accountable for installing, configuring, and maintaining the company's various computer systems, applications, and firewall. This encompasses system and application upgrades, updates, and patches. Ensuring the security of company data and resources, as well as maintaining data availability and disaster recovery, will be part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, and health insurance. The work schedule is during the day shift from Monday to Friday, and the work location is in person.,
