Field Support Warrior

Key Responsibilities

• attend and resolve open support tickets

• routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs

• Coordinate with the central technical team to identify issues and implement timely solutions.

• ticket resolution updates

• basic electrical, structural, and connectivity

• field tools and spare inventory

• Provide feedback and insights from the field to improve processes and reduce repeat issues.

• Educate clients or vendors at site (if needed) on basic usage or precautions.

Requirements

• field support / hardware maintenance

• Technical diploma/degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field.

• Valid drivers license

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
