Field Support Engineer

As a Field Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers in the field. You will need to have a degree in BCA/BSC/BE/BTECH (EEE/ECE/CSE/MECH) and should be a 2021/22/23 passout with 0-3 years of experience. Your primary skills should include expertise in laptop service, blue screen error troubleshooting, and system troubleshooting. We are looking for immediate joiners who have a strong understanding of hardware and software issues. The role requires you to be proactive in resolving technical issues faced by customers. The position is full-time and permanent, with benefits such as PF & ESI included. In this role, you will be entitled to health insurance and provident fund benefits. The job requires you to work in rotational shifts from Monday to Friday. The work location will be in person, where you will directly interact with customers to address their technical concerns.,
