Field Service Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a technically sound and proactive After Sales Service Executive to handle customer support, machine repair, dispatch coordination, and installation for our range of home and commercial kitchen appliances. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background, with a willingness to travel across India to provide timely and efficient service support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle after-sales service including installation, maintenance, and breakdown repairs of appliances.
• Coordinate dispatch, logistics, and couriering of machines to clients.
• Maintain and manage inventory of spare parts and service tools.
• Visit client sites Pan India for service calls, machine setup, and technical support.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide prompt solutions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain service logs, customer feedback, and warranty claims.
• Work closely with the sales and operations team for smooth client servicing.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Experience: Fresher or candidates with relevant experience are welcome.
• Industry Preference: Candidates from kitchen appliances, equipment servicing, or relevant technical background will be preferred.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of mechanical components, customer handling, and on-site servicing.

Flexibility:

• Must be open to frequent Pan India travel and physically demanding field work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
