🚀 Role Summary: You’ll be responsible for generating leads, closing B2B sales, and managing distribution channels. The role requires daily field visits in your assigned region to meet wholesalers and institutions. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors ✔️ Visit retail markets and industrial zones to generate leads ✔️ Pitch plastic product range, negotiate rates, and close orders ✔️ Follow up on payments, logistics, and delivery timelines ✔️ Provide market intelligence and competitor insights ✅ Candidate Profile:• 4–6 years of field sales experience (plastics, hardware, FMCG, etc.) • Experience in handling B2B or channel sales independently • Fluent in Tamil + Hindi or English • Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills
