Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead and grow our Facility Management (FM) and Interior Turnkey business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering innovative and competitive solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Facility Management and Interior Projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, corporate clients, architects, and PMC (Project Management Consultant) firms.
• Prepare responses to RFPs/RFQs, develop competitive commercial proposals, and lead contract negotiations.
• Conduct market analysis to track industry trends, evaluate competitor offerings, and refine go-to-market strategies.
• Coordinate with internal project and technical teams to evaluate project feasibility, cost estimations, and delivery timelines.
• Set revenue targets, track business development KPIs, and ensure the team’s performance aligns with the company's strategic goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
• Proven track record in business development or sales in FM, interiors, or construction sectors.
• Strong network of contacts among developers, corporates, architects, and consultants.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead client meetings, prepare detailed proposals, and close high-value deals.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
