Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects in a B2C setting. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Identify and visit prospective customers in assigned territory Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customer leads through door-to-door visits, cold calling, or referrals Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Collect customer feedback and market intelligence Coordinate with the back-office and logistics teams for smooth order processing Requirements: Proven experience in direct/B2C sales is preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to work independently and in a team Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus
