Job Summary: Are you passionate about travel and enjoy meeting new people every day? We are hiring a Business Development Associate for a leading travel startup in Goa. This is a field-based role ideal for self-driven individuals who love on-ground sales, relationship building, and creating unforgettable travel experiences. --- Key Responsibilities: Visit cafés, hostels, hotels, and tourist hotspots across Goa to onboard partners. Pitch and promote unique travel experiences to local businesses. Build long-term relationships with potential partners. Attend tourism events, flea markets, and travel fairs to represent the brand. Regular follow-up with leads and report daily performance. Collaborate with the internal operations and marketing team for lead coordination. --- Requirements: Graduate in any field (Marketing, Hospitality, or Tourism preferred). Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone. Fluent in English and Hindi (Konkani is a plus). Good communication, sales, and negotiation skills. Comfortable with field work and flexible timings, including weekends.
