Job Description

Key Responsibilities Follow-up with delinquent customers for repayment via field visits and coordination with tele-calling team. Ensure timely updates and reporting of daily visits and collection status. Verify customer addresses and check authenticity as per company policy. Handle collection objections or issues tactfully, maintaining a positive customer relationship. Educate customers on repayment schedules and financial discipline. Coordinate with the recovery manager and update on difficult or non-traceable cases. Achieve assigned monthly collection targets and KPIs. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field collections (NBFC or Microfinance preferred). Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license. Knowledge of local geography (Chennai/Mysore) is essential. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to handle pressure and field challenges independently. Basic smartphone handling and app usage knowledge. Preferred Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream. Familiarity with payday loan products will be an added advantage. Language skills: Local language fluency (Tamil for Chennai, Kannada for Mysore) + Basic Hindi/English. Compensation: Fixed Salary + Travel Allowance + Attractive Incentives based on collections. Location: Chennai
