Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
• Clearly explain course offerings, admission procedures, and benefits.
• Maintain regular follow-up and manage student inquiries efficiently.
• Convert leads into walk-ins/admissions.
• Keep proper records and reporting of calls and leads.

Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience (education sector preferred).
• Prior experience in animation institutes or colleges is highly preferred.
• Confident, polite, and target-driven.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
