Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation : Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services. Customer Engagement : Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Follow-ups : Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers. Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback to inform product development and service improvements. Record Maintenance : Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes. Qualifications: Experience : Minimum of 2 years in retail management and telemarketing roles. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages. Leadership : Proven ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and drive performance. Sales Acumen : Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
