The Role Market Data Operations focuses on public markets Investment Data. The team collects and validates information on equities, bonds, funds and derivatives. This data is used for our wealth management platform reaching over 1000 firms globally and over 100,000 users. We are currently seeking a Market Data Operations Analyst to join our growing presence in Pune. This role will be dedicated to ensuring Addepar's clients have timely and accurate data to make investment decisions. What You Will Do Daily data quality validations on pricing, fundamental and corporate action data Investigate and Resolve exceptions on a variety of data assets, including reference data, pricing data, corporate actions, fund data and fx data Research data quality issues, identify resolutions and updating systems as needed Explore new datasets and analytics based on new data sources Partner with Product and Engineering to design, test, and implement new processes and tooling features that improve data quality as well as increase operational efficiency. Investigate and troubleshoot market data pipeline processing exceptions Collaborate with third-party vendors to triage and swiftly resolve issues Who You Are Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience in the financial investment/advisory industry with deep knowledge of capital markets. Asset Reference Data- Understanding of various type financial instruments- Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives and Currencies Corporate Action - Monitor, research and interpret different events impacting the asset Understanding of pricing process and familiarity with Pricing data vendors Technical skills preferred - Proficiency with SQL queries highly preferred , Data mining projects or Knowing Databricks application are an added advantage. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong self-motivation needed to work efficiently in a global team Experience in the financial investment/advisory industry with capital markets Experience with ICE Data Feeds and Eikon/Refinitiv Workspace and similar data platforms is highly preferred Flexible to work in various shifts if required. Role & responsibilities Act as a technical lever, responsible of designing the Electrical system required to operate facility projects. Meet or exceeds project expectations in a timely manner within the budget limits. Co-ordination with intra / inter disciplinary team and provide the required deliverables as and when requested. Review and understand client specifications during proposal phase. Raise clarifications and deviations not inline with Company standards. Perform or review equipment sizing, cable sizing, Lighting, Earthing & Lighting protection calculations cable schedule and inter connection schedules. Provide engineering hours estimate during proposals for its discipline. Responsible for tracking engineering hours for its discipline during project execution. Able to design and specify the grounding, lighting, protection, Perform or review the Electric Heat tracing system documents and cathodic protection documents. Develop the electrical load balance and hazardous area classification schedule and drawings considering other disciplines inputs. Perform or review, comment and approve electrical system studies. Develop all electrical equipment datasheets, material selection and technical specification to be included in the technical requisition during project execution. Develop all electrical detail drawings during project execution. Perform technical bid analysis of all electrical equipment and electrical bulk material. Provide feedback to vendors. Participation and close out action items client or internal HAZOP meeting. Participate in Electrical Equipment FAT and SAFOP. Lead and assist junior electrical engineers/designers while developing engineering deliverables. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with other engineering disciplines, sometimes across multiple offices. Education: Bachelor of Engineering - Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Instrumentation and Controls / Equivalent Engineering degree. Responsibilities: Instrumentation and control system engineering design for industrial, manufacturing, and utilities projects. Preparation of Datasheets, selection & sizing of instruments & valves, vendor document reviews, checking & approval of design deliverables. Review of Hook-up & Installation drawings. Preparation of Cause-and-effect matrix. Preparation of Wiring & loop sheets, instrument index, Instrument lists, I/O lists, JB & Panel location layouts. Preparation and review of Cable Schedule, Cable Tray sizing & loading schedule. Review of Cable routing, Cable Tray & Conduit layout, Grounding layout & support drawings. Assist with design/alteration of electrical equipment. Assist with testing and debugging equipment to isolate defects. Prepare layouts using CAD tools. Assist in evaluation of designs; make engineering changes. Prepare basic schematics, assemblies, detailed drawings, and bills of material (BOM). Assist in the evaluation of new parts. May assist in supporting manufacturing/assembly teams. Manage and maintain product/project files. Other duties as assigned.

Manages brownfield LNG projects from concept to detailed design, overseeing FEED, cost estimation, and execution. Required Candidate profile 10+ years' exp in project management, preferably in LNG/Refineries. Plan and deliver trade-focused training modules. Support incentive design and performance-tracking tools for sales team motivation. - Sales Scheme Management Develop quarterly trade promotion calendars. Roll out incentive schemes and monitor participation and impact. Ensure timely communication of schemes to all field force levels. - Performance Tracking & Feedback Loop Track KPIs including sales growth, scheme effectiveness, and field feedback.
