We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fashion Consultant and Customer Interaction Specialist.

Job Overview: The Fashion Consultant and Customer Interaction Specialist will be responsible for promoting our clothing line, engaging with customers, and conducting live interactions on camera. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of fashion marketing, and the ability to create a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with customers.

Interact and communicate with International Customers.

Conduct live sessions on video platforms to showcase products and interact with customers.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information through on camera.

Collaborate with the design and sales teams to understand product features and benefits.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our garment collections.

Qualifications:

Any Bachelor’s degree or a related field.

Confident and charismatic on camera.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Skills:

Excellent customer service and sales skills.

Experience with live streaming and video content creation.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales.

Knowledge of traditional and modern garment styles.
