Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Farm Manager located in Mawal, Pune. The Farm Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the farm, including managing irrigation systems, implementing agricultural practices, and supervising farm staff. Key tasks include planning and coordinating farm activities, ensuring the health and productivity of poultry, and maintaining farm equipment. The Farm Manager will also monitor crop and livestock conditions to ensure optimal yield and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Farm Management and Agriculture
• Experience with Irrigation systems
• Knowledge of managing Organic fruits & Vegetables
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team on-site
• Degree in Agriculture or related field is mandatory
• Previous experience in a similar role at least for 2 years
