Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all on-ground farming activities including plantation, irrigation, pest control, and harvesting. Oversee workforce management and ensure optimum productivity. Maintain farm records, crop plans, and inventory. Implement best agricultural practices with a focus on sustainability and yield optimization. Coordinate with agronomists, vendors, and senior management. Ensure timely execution of all agri-operations as per project schedules. The role involves coordinating with project teams to ensure timely execution of work as per standards and specifications. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor all on-site activities related to civil and infrastructure works. Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations are adhered to.
