We are looking for individuals with a strong academic background, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire and support learners in achieving academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality academic tutoring and support in Management and/or Finance subjects.
• Facilitate online discussions and provide constructive feedback to learners.
• Ensure academic standards are maintained and learning outcomes are achieved.
• Support students in their academic journey through effective communication and guidance.

Key Requirements:

✅ A PhD in Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.

✅ Strong academic knowledge and subject matter expertise.

✅ Prior teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in higher education.

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Ability to teach and mentor learners in an online environment.
