Stay up-to-date with Google Ads updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends . Key Skills & Qualifications 4-7 years of experience in performance marketing & paid media strategy . Proven experience in managing large-scale Google Ads accounts ($5M+ budgets). Expertise in Google Ads, Performance Max, YouTube Ads, Display Ads, and Discovery Campaigns . Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and BigQuery . Experience with automation tools, Google Ads Scripts, and API integrations . Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools . Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page testing, and audience targeting . Experience with AI-driven campaign optimization & predictive analytics is a plus.
