Job Description


Kryptos Academy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer with strong practical experience in digital tools, including lead generation strategies and marketing automation platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and industry-relevant training to students or professionals, helping them build career-ready skills in digital marketing.

Design and deliver training programs in digital marketing domain,s including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.

  • Conduct hands-on sessions with tools such as:
    • Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager
    • SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest
    • Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns
    • Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer
    • Landing page builders like Unbounce, Leadpages, Instapage
    • CRM and lead nurturing tools like Zoho CRM, HubSpot CRM, etc.
  • Teach advanced concepts like lead generation funnels, retargeting, automation workflows, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback and guidance.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the digital marketing landscape.
  • Create and update training materials, assignments, assessments, and case studies.
  • Support placement team in assessing student readiness for job roles in digital marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of training/mentorship experience preferred.
  • Strong command over Google Ads, SEO tools, marketing automation tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of B2B and B2C lead generation strategies and funnels.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt training style to learner needs.
  • Certifications like Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc. are a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with EdTech platforms or LMS tools.
  • Ability to deliver both in-classroom and online training sessions.
  • Portfolio of past campaigns and measurable outcomes.
  • Exposure to AI tools in marketing (e.g., ChatGPT for content, Zapier for automation).
